Each of the forms below can be downloaded, printed and completed prior to your arrival at Saco Valley Canoe. This will allow for faster check-in and get you on the river quicker, ready to enjoy your summertime on the river.

• Safety Liability Release - This form is for everyone. Each renter must review and agree to this release form prior to renting from Saco Valley Canoe (SVC).
• Minors Liability Release - Typically used for groups and clubs where minors will be taking a supervised trip down the river.
• Group Roster Release - Used for large groups to indicated receipt of the first release above.
