Documents for Saco Valley Canoe Rentals

Each of the forms below can be downloaded, printed and completed prior to your arrival at Saco Valley Canoe. This will allow for faster checkin and get you on the river quicker, ready to enjoy your summertime on the river.

• Safety Liability Release - This form is for everyone. Each renter must review and agree to this release form prior to renting from SVC.
• Minors Liability Release - Typically used for groups and clubs where minors will be taking a supervised trip down the river.
• Group Roster Release - Used for large groups to indicated receipt of the first release above.
